What is the best waist bead for me?
Our waist beads come in both traditional tie style or elastic!

Traditional tie style- allows for our Just Bead It 627 family to adorn their waist with a more permanent approach. Customers purchase this option to track weight, commit to bead journey, and/ or

Elastic style- Allows for our Just Bead It 627 Family to have flexibility to remove easily as desired.
Am I too big for waist beads?
Size is never an issue! When it comes to adorning your waist as we carry options up to 55" inches. If your waist exceeds please email us to accommodate: justbeadit627@gmail.com
Do I need to measure myself?
Yes, you will need to measure yourself to avoid purchasing the incorrect size(s). Traditional tie waist beads are sold as a standard measurement up to 42" inches. Our Plus-Size waist beads are sold up to 55" inches. Anytime you purchase elastic waist bead cord options you will need to enter your exact measure for desired placement.

How do I measure myself?

Will my bead coloring fade? And do I need to take them off to shower?
Yes, overtime it is possible that the rich color your waist beads once were could fade. If you have any added charms this can potentially tarnish as well. We try to keep waist beads with charms on elastic cording to delay or avoid tarnishing of charms. Elastic waist beads do delay color fading if removed prior to any water activities. While this is not preventable we like to be transparent with our customers.

Where do you ship?
We provide Domestic and International shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
We also ship to P.O. Box addresses

When can I expect my shipment?
Please allow for standard processing time of 7 to 10 business days
Please allow for express processing time of 3 to 5 business days

Do I have to pay for shipping if my order has to be reshipped?
Yes, you will be invoiced for the shipping cost on any order that must be reshipped. Discounts or free shipping do not apply with any order that must be reshipped

Can I change my address to an order already processed & shipped?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have that option available

Can I change my address immediate after I checkout?
If you indicated the incorrect mailing address immediately after checking out we only mail to the address provided. Please contact us immediately to stop order. If the item has already shipped you will need to contact USPS with your tracking information to update.

My tracking number says my package was delivered but I did not receive it?
We are not responsible to lost, stolen, or missing packages. You will need to contact your local postal service to file a claim.

Oops, I put the incorrect address and my package was delivered. What should I do?
If you need the order reshipped as you indicated the incorrect mailing address, we will send a new invoice that will need to be paid in full before any shipment is made.
The invoice will include: purchased items and updated shipping cost.

Is there a local pick-up or drop-off location instead of shipping?
As we have moved forward with Just Bead It 627, we have made the executive decision to no longer offer local pick-up and/ or drop-off options at this time. Please continue to check back as this may change.

Via the website we utilize Paypal for a seamless and protected transaction for all orders.

Unfortunately, we do not accept this form of payment.
Discounts & Promotional Offers
I forgot to enter my discount code before processing my order?
Unfortunately, all discount codes MUST be entered before completing your order at checkout. If the discount code is valid you are able to apply to your next order.

Why didn't the discount apply to my full invoice?
Offers are only applied to products. On-behalf of your invoice you will see where the discount code applied.
